Getting Started

Accessing the System

Go to https://assets.colaservice.com and log in with your Cola Solar credentials.

First Login

1. Enter your email and temporary password
2. You will be prompted to set a new password
3. Use a strong password — mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
4. Save it securely

The Dashboard

After logging in, the dashboard gives you an overview of:

• Total assets, licenses, accessories, and consumables in the system
• Assets currently checked out vs. available
• Recent activity across the system

Navigation

• Assets — view and manage all physical assets
• Licenses — software license tracking
• Accessories — peripherals and add-ons (keyboards, cables, etc.)
• Consumables — items that get used up (batteries, toner, etc.)
• Admin — settings and configuration (System Manager only)

Finding an Asset

Use the search bar at the top of any page to search by asset tag, serial number, or name. You can also browse by status or category under the Assets menu.
