Account Settings

Accessing Your Profile

Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, then select My Profile or My Settings.

Changing Your Password

  1. Click your profile icon → My Settings
  2. Scroll to the Change Password section
  3. Enter your Current Password
  4. Enter your New Password
  5. Confirm the new password
  6. Click Save

Passwords must meet the system’s minimum strength requirement. Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

Updating Your Profile

  1. Click your profile icon → My Profile
  2. Update your Full Name, Phone, or Bio as needed
  3. Upload a Profile Picture if you want one
  4. Click Save

Email Notifications

To control which system notifications you receive:

  1. Go to My Settings
  2. Scroll to Email Notifications
  3. Toggle on or off the notifications relevant to your role
  4. Click Save

Language and Time Zone

  1. Go to My Settings
  2. Set Language — English is the default
  3. Set Time Zone — use Africa/Lagos for Nigeria
  4. Click Save

Forgot Password

If you cannot log in:

  1. Go to erp.colaservice.com
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your company email address
  4. Check your inbox for the reset link
  5. Follow the link to set a new password

If you do not receive the reset email within 5 minutes, contact the System Administrator.
