Account Settings
Accessing Your Profile
Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, then select My Profile or My Settings.
Changing Your Password
- Click your profile icon → My Settings
- Scroll to the Change Password section
- Enter your Current Password
- Enter your New Password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Save
Passwords must meet the system’s minimum strength requirement. Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Updating Your Profile
- Click your profile icon → My Profile
- Update your Full Name, Phone, or Bio as needed
- Upload a Profile Picture if you want one
- Click Save
Email Notifications
To control which system notifications you receive:
- Go to My Settings
- Scroll to Email Notifications
- Toggle on or off the notifications relevant to your role
- Click Save
Language and Time Zone
- Go to My Settings
- Set Language — English is the default
- Set Time Zone — use Africa/Lagos for Nigeria
- Click Save
Forgot Password
If you cannot log in:
- Go to
erp.colaservice.com - Click Forgot Password
- Enter your company email address
- Check your inbox for the reset link
- Follow the link to set a new password
If you do not receive the reset email within 5 minutes, contact the System Administrator.
